Manuha Temple
(1059 AD / King Manaha)
This is the only temple with the squeezing seated and reclining Buddha images built by King Manuha in 1059 AD. King Manuha was captive and deposed King of Mon kingdom because his kingdom was destory by King Anawrahta of Bagan and he was here under house arrest. Inside you may see three Buddha images and the biggest Buddha image was display at the main entrance seated position 46feet and the other two were 33 feet each. On țhe other side you can see reclining Buddha image 90 feet.
